Arsenal £1.5 billion Take over.

A SENSATIONAL £1.5billion bid for Arsenal is being lined up by a powerful

Middle Eastern investment group.

The consortium — which includes wealthy investors from Qatar and the United

Arab Emirates — have been working on the deal for the last four months.

They will make their big move to majority shareholder Stan Kroenke in the next

few weeks and aim to take Arsenal to the top of world football. The investors will

offer Kroenke £20,000 per share for his 66.64 per cent stake in the Gunners.

That would net the American £830million — a profit of around £350m.

If Kroenke accepts, the same offer will be made to the other major shareholder,

Alisher Usmanov, who holds 29.11 per cent.

The group want a total takeover of all the shares — although they believe it is possible

to work with Usmanov if he decides not to sell.

They also plan to clear the club’s debts of £250m, put separate funds aside for

transfers and stop the sale of star players.

A source told SunSport: “These are serious investors with serious money.

They are not messing about.

“Kroenke must realise it is time to get out.”

Nasri slated by Mancini

ROBERTO MANCINI last night slammed Samir Nasri.

The Manchester City boss is furious with the form and attitude of the £24million

Frenchman this season.Mancini claims Nasri is playing at only 50 per cent of his capabilities.

He said: “Samir can do better than this year. He is a top player but he has not been playing

at his level. Sometimes a player thinks it’s enough what they did the year before and doesn’t

understand that every day they should improve.”

Mancini also identified Luis Suarez, Radamel Falcao and Edinson Cavani as City’s likely

summer transfer targets.

Nasri, 25, was left on the bench for last week’s FA Cup win over Leeds.

And he is unlikely to be recalled for tomorrow’s home clash with Chelsea.

Mancini added: “Samir has fantastic qualities. He should always play well.

“A player of this quality could be one of the best players in Europe. But it’s not happening.

“If you are a top player you know you can improve until the last day of your career.

But sometimes you get players who think it is not important to work and this is their worst mistake.

“You win the title, you think it’s enough to play 50 per cent and you don’t arrive the next year.”

Mancini plans to spend big on a replacement for Mario Balotelli.

But he admitted a move for 21-year-old Brazil star Neymar is unlikely.

Mancini told the Guardian: “Neymar is a good player but he’s young.

“I don’t know if he’s ready to play in England because the football is different.

I think he will go to Barcelona or Madrid.”

I had gay sex with an Arsenal striker - Gay Councillor

A COUNCILLOR who was once the highest-paid in the UK has made the startling claim —
that he slept with an Arsenal footballer.

Brian Coleman, who calls himself the 'King of Bling', made the bizarre revelation about

his sex life in a blog post.

The openly gay councillor refused to give any hint as to the player’s identity from the

Premiership team, other than saying he was a striker.

Mr Coleman, 51, used to be the mayor of Barnet in North London and now serves as an

independent on the Council.

He wrote: “For someone who has little interest in Football, although I did attend

Barnet v Port Vale at Underhill a couple of years ago, and once slept with an Arsenal striker,

I am not fussed if Barnet survive in the Football League or bothered where they play.”

It is unclear when the alleged incident took place or who the footballer was.

The former Tory was suspended by the party after he was arrested last September for

allegedly assaulting a woman who tried to photograph him parking in a restricted zone.

Benteke too good for Arsenal

GABBY AGBONLAHOR has told fellow Aston Villa frontman Christian Benteke:

You’re too good to join Arsenal or Tottenham.

Belgian Benteke, 22, is tipped to make a big-money move from Villa this summer after an

impressive debut Premier League season.

Chelsea and Manchester City are both keen on the striker, who has hit 15 goals this term.

But North Londoners Arsenal and Spurs would give him more first-team opportunities

and are ready to battle it out.

Benteke, who faces the Gunners this Saturday, was a £7million signing from Genk and is

now worth more than double that figure. But Agbonlahor said: “He’s good enough for

even higher than them. He’s up there with the best.

“He shows that by the way he plays, he has composure for a big guy and quite a bit

of pace too. “He’s going to get linked with the top clubs, especially because he is young.

“Christian’s shocked a lot of people — he’s one of the players of the season.

A number of clubs would love him.”

Beating Arsenal was too easy - Frank Ribery

FRANCK RIBERY has ridiculed Arsenal following Tuesday’s Champions League disaster.

The Bayern Munich star admits he was stunned by how easy it was for his team to storm

into a 3-1 first-leg lead at the Emirates.French frontman Ribery said:

“We didn’t think it would be so easy.

“We know Arsenal are having some problems in the league, maybe they are lacking in confidence.

“But we feel good and we’re delighted to have got that result.

“We’re all working hard together, with the will to play well, to win, to defend together.

It’s important to carry on like this.

“We will have to match that performance in the return leg. We’re in good shape to reach

the quarter-finals but nothing is ever over in football.”

The Gunners must score at least three times in the Allianz Arena on March 13 to have

any hope of going through.

Bayern defender Daniel van Buyten added: “We have taken the first step, that’s for sure.

“We’ll prepare well for the return match because Arsenal are still a big gun.”

I would love to see Jack Wilshere at Barca - Dani Alves

Gunner Fans better look away now. The Barcelona players have started again by trying to unsettle arsenal player Jack Wilshere the same way the unsettled fabregas who eventually ended up signing for Barcelona in 2011.

Dani Alves came out yesterday singing Wilshere Praise and hoping Barcelona will sign him as he thinks he has the potential to be on the same level as Andres Iniesta and Xavi.

Let us hope this won't unsettle Wilshere one bit.

Edin Dzeko set for Dortmund Move.

EDIN DZEKO is willing to take a pay cut to seal a £20million summer move to Borussia Dortmund.

Dzeko, 26, is thought to earn around £120,000 a week at Manchester City.

But the striker has become increasingly frustrated at not getting a consistent run in the first team.

And the German champs believe the Bosnian will jump at the chance to join Dortmund where he will be

the main man.

The 26-year-old joined City in a £27million switch from Wolfsburg two years ago.

He has 16 goals in all competitions this season but he is facing fierce competition from Carlos Tevez

and Sergio Aguero for a starting place.

Dortmund want Dzeko as a possible replacement for Robert Lewandowski who is expected to leave in

the summer to join Bayern Munich.

The German giants would prefer to sell Lewandowski to Manchester United but the Polish international

seems to favour a move to Bayern.

LA Lakers owner dies at the hospital.

Jerry Buss -- owner of the Los Angeles Lakers -- died early this morning at the age of 80.

Buss had been hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in L.A. for the past few months due to a previously undisclosed intestinal problem ... though it was revealed yesterday he'd been battling cancer the entire time.

After starting his career as a chemist, Buss soon found his true calling in the real estate biz ... snapping up properties all over L.A. before moving on to the sporting world.

In 1979, Buss made history when he purchased the Lakers, the L.A. Kings and The Forum for $67.5 million -- at that time, the largest transaction in sports.

Under his ownership, Buss watched dozens of all-time greats -- including Kareem Abdul-JabbarMagic JohnsonJames WorthyShaquille O'Neal and Kobe Bryant -- win the Lakers 10 NBA Championships. He was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2010.

Buss was also an avid poker player ... and appeared on several TV shows, including "High Stakes Poker" and "Poker After Dark."

He is survived by his six children

Arsene wenger Mid life crisis.

It is pretty certain to me that Arsene wenger is in some sort of mid life crisis or should i say old age crisis. No disrespect to the old people but Arsene Wenger is proving every day why he should vacate the seat at the emirates and allow for younger man with passion to come forward. There is no point toying with the supporters emotion. The manner of the defeats and team selections this season have been shocking and yet Arsene claims his squad is well balanced even though a 5 year old will tell you otherwise.

Anyways, he was asked questions today about the Blackburn defeat and his contract extension, guess what Monsieur did? He went on a rant telling how he is planning to loose against Bayern Munchen so the press will be happy. He was furious but why take out your anger on press doing their jobs, what about the useless players on high wages that fails to perform week in week out?

Before I forget, Arsene among the top 5 highest paid coaches in football. He is on £7m and yet refused to offer RVP £6m.

Christiano Ronaldo car collections.

He is definitely a petrol head. Check Ronaldo's amazing car collection. some of the cars are not even on here.

Peter Crouch unflattering picture with Abbey Clancy

This is just wrong on so many level. Peter crouch on holiday with Abbey Clancy. I refuse to believe she married Crouch for his look. They are just not a good match but this proves with money you can basically do anything.

Arsene Wenger offered 2 year extension at the emirates.

Gunners fan what do you make of this? Arsene wenger been offered a 2 year contract at the back of getting knocked out by Blackburn Rovers a championship side. Arsenal were knocked out by Bradford in the capital one cup who then went on to reach the final of capital one cup. They are 5th in the table at the moment 4 points adrift of local rival Tottenham.

The season is looking to be the worst under the french man during his term at the emirates and most fans wants him out if anything on twitter is to be believed.

Well, I will just say thats the hope of winning a trophy for the next two years gone then.

Arsenal to move for Barcelona's Victor Valdes

Arsenal to make a £10m pound summer move for Barcelona goalkeeper Victor Valdes. Barcelona are willing to let their goalkeeper to leave a year early before his contract runs out as he has made it clear he will not be signing a contract extension.

The only stumbling block is his £120,000 weekly wages he is to command.

All tabloids have reported this but I do hope it is not true, there is no point signing an old man for that amount since Wenger fully trust Wojciech Szczesny.

Nani in a Car crash with police - Hope he has Insurance.

Manchester united winger Nani was last night involved in a car accident. He was in his Bentley Continental  when the car crashed into a police ford mondeo which was on an emergency call.

The collision happened last night in stockport chesire on his way home from training. Nani was not hurt but the passenger in the police car was hurt and received treatment at the scene. Let us hope he does not get in touch with his lawyers and sue Nani - I doubt if that his possible but you never trust the police.

Nani will surely be on the phone to his insurance company to get back some of those huge insurance premium they charge footballers and ordinary people like us.

Keep safe Nani and watch your mirror next time.

Funny Videos.
